We will talk about the Who, What, Where and Why of an effective home yoga practice.
Stress reduction, stretching, deep relaxation, breathing techniques.

Join for a short 30 minute yoga practice and be inspired by a talk about the five principles for physical and mental health as well as spiritual growth.
